Oil Quality Sensor (Prototype)

Gill oil quality sensors are solid-state, compact devices which offer the user the ability to monitor oil quality via the dielectric constant of the chosen oil.

Oil Quality Sensor

The sensors are fully configurable, allowing the customer to pre-calibrate against oil samples of known quality or related use.

Calibration can be conducted using our own free software, firstly qualifying the sensor in a clean sample of the oil. Subsequent exposure to further samples of declining oil quality will enable results to be collated within a database. This data can then be used as a performance indicator when the sensor is used.
