The Pit Lane Refuelling Tank Sensor has been developed for the CHAMP Car World Series. Installed in the deepest section of the refuelling tank, this sensor is not only highly accurate but designed for the output to be used in real time when refuelling, replacing the obsolete standard sightglass.

The Gill R-Series sensor has been designed for WRC, GT, DTM, NASCAR, Historics and similar applications. Available for fuel, oil or biofuel medium, this sensor utilises selected features from the more advanced M-Series range of sensors. The sensor is equipped with an SAE 5-bolt mounting pattern directly compatible with the aperture in all common FIA Motorsport fuel cells. Other features include fully integrated electronics and predetermined sensor length options avoiding the need for any mechanical adjustment by the customer.

Gill has produced an LED display gauge developed specifically to complement their range of R-Series liquid level sensors.

The display is compatible with all Gill Liquid Level Sensors and is designed with special features including fully configurable scaling, adjustable electronic damping and a fully adjustable low level warning indicator.

The portable Sensor Service Unit is light and compact and useable with any Gill liquid level sensor. The minimum and maximum liquid level is set using the simple user interface provided via the graphical LCD display and push buttons. The sensor will then be calibrated to provide a highly accurate linear analogue output between these points. The liquid level voltage can also be displayed in real time enabling the user to easily check the settings are correct.

A Hall Effect device available in customer specific formats designed to monitor shaft speed in transmission and wheel speed applications. A Gill Speed Sensor utilises a unique internal design and sealing method ensuring this device is suitable for the most demanding of applications.

Designed for use in F1, this sensor monitors the position of the dogring during each gear change. The sensor utilises a rapid response rate to accurately track the travel and engagement each time the dogring is activated, providing valuable data regarding the effectiveness of the gear change to aid the gearbox development process.

Originally designed to monitor the height and movement of a series of aero struts on an F1 car, the Rod Position Sensor is ideal for applications where a very small change in position needs to be monitored. The sensor is designed with a very low height profile and no internal moving parts, detecting up to 8mm of linear movement, with no physical contact between the sensor and the sensed part.

The Drain Plug Sensor is a dual channel device that can detect the quantity and type of metallic debris deposited on the sensor from within the oil. Used in either engine or transmission applications, this data can save time and unnecessary strip downs, especially in locations where access is difficult.
