Level Switch Overview
Gill liquid level switches utilise solid-state capacitive technology to detect the presence of liquid at a pre-determined level inside the tank. A fully configurable 0-5V switched output is provided based on the presence of liquid at this level. The switching voltage and position on the sensor probe can be configured by the user.
Gill liquid level switches are available in two formats, standard liquid level switch and customised liquid level switches.
The standard product is a compact, lightweight design with the switching point calibrated at a 10mm depth. This product can be fully submerged in the tank in any orientation.
Custom liquid level switches are designed to your requirements. These switches use the same measurement technique as the standard design, with additional scope for bespoke mounting or mechanical configuration.
All Gill liquid level switches are suitable for use with fuel and oil, and products can be designed for other liquids (water, bio-fuels, chemicals etc) if required.
