Gill M-Series fuel level senders are fully custom-designed to your exact requirements. We have a vast history producing custom fuel level senders for unique applications that cannot use standard sender designs. All Gill fuel level sender designs utilise capacitive technology to detect the fuel level with no moving sender parts, ensuring reliable performance whatever the environment.

The Gill custom M-Series fuel level sender range is proven in a number of high-technology applications, including Formula 1 motorsport and top-level military applications. Our experience in this field is unmatched, with in-house experts on-hand to give design, installation and setup advice.

The R-Series fuel level sender is our standard sensor design, with an industry standard SAE 5-bolt flange mount and fully integrated electronics. Each R-Series fuel level sender is built to the required length, so no mechanical adjustment is required by the customer prior to installation. Gill R-Series fuel level senders are used extensively in motorsport fuel cell applications, with the flange design directly compatible with the aperature in FIA motorsport fuel cells.

The R-Series fuel level sender is available in lengths up to 500mm. For longer lengths, the 'Rxl' variant is offered, with extra mechanical strengthening features to support the longer length. Both variants of this fuel level sender are available on rapid lead-times.
