Custom Position Sensors
We have a vast history designing and supplying custom non-contact position sensors for customers who cannot make use of the standard position sensors within our range.
All sensors utilise our own patented induction technology to accurately sense the position of a metallic object, often referred to as the 'activator', with no physical contact between the sensor and the moving part. This technology is particauarly suited to operation in harsh environments, where grime, dirt, dust and moisture often make other types of sensor unsuitable.
We can design sensors for linear or angular measurement, and are able to rapidly produce proving principle prototypes.
