Coolant Level Sensors
- Stainless Steel & Titanium Constructions
- Configurable 0-5V Analogue Output
- Standard & Custom Constructions
- High Temperature Operation to 125°C
Gill coolant level sensors are designed specifically to withstand the corrosive nature of coolant, high temperature water, glycol and additives.
R-Series and Rxl coolant level sensors are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, feature an industry standard SAE 5-bolt flange mount and are manufactured to your exact length requirement.
For customers who cannot utilise the standard 5-bolt sensor constructions we offer full-custom M-Series coolant level sensors, which are manufactured from 316 stainless steel or titanium and designed to match the application requirements. M-Series coolant level sensors can be specified with an integrated coolant temperature sensor for temperature monitoring within the coolant reservoir without the need for a secondary device.
Every Gill coolant level sensor has no moving parts, with fully integrated electronics offering a 0-5V analogue output over the calibrated sensing range. The coolant sensors are suitable for use with operating temperatures of -40ºC to +125ºC. M-Series custom level sensors can be designed for full submersion in all grades of coolant.
