Ink Level Sensor, Adblue Level Sensor, LAB Level Sensor, Paint Sensor

The 'other' level sensors categorises liquids not covered by our 'fuel', 'oil', 'bio-fuel' or 'water' level sensors categories. Our level sensors will work with most fluids, using capacitive technology to accurately sense the level of the liquid. The sensors have no moving parts and are ideal for use in extreme environments. All sensors feature fully integrated on-board electronics so there is no need for additional bulky electronic modules. The sensors are factory calibrated in the liquid type and are provided with our free ProbeMON calibration software to allow you to re-calibrate the sensors to your requirements. We can produce sensors using alternative materials if the standard Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium options are not compatible with your liquid.

Our level sensors will operate to temperatures of 125°C and are compatible with most fluids:
Ink
Adblue
LAB
Paint
(others also compatible, please ask).

We offer two ranges of level sensors, 'M-Series and 'R-Series'. An M-Series sensor is fully custom designed to your requirements, an R-Series sensor is our standard design, available at any custom length. Please see below for further details, images and specifications.

M-Series level sensors are custom designed to your specification requirements. Using capacitive technology, the sensors have no moving parts and are extremely accurate. They can be designed to fit within the tightest of space envelopes and withstand the harshest of environments.

We can produce sensors compatible with printing ink, Adblue, LAB, paint and other liquids which are generally difficult to measure with other technology.

The R-Series level sensor is a standard product, manufactured to any custom length required (up to 2m) with an industry standard SAE 5-bolt flange mount. The sensor is a solid-state device with no moving parts, and uses selected features of the more advanced M-Series range of sensors.

As the sensors are manufactured to the required length there is no need for any mechanical adjustment by the customer.
