Linear Position Sensors - Inductive Technology
Gill linear position sensors use inductive technology to sense the position of a metallic object mounted to the moving part of the application. As there is no physical contact between the sensor and the moving part the sensor will not deteriorate through use (especially desirable for high dither applications).
All Gill linear position sensors can be configured to operate over the exact measurement range required, giving the highest possible accuracy for each application.
